Today we woke up and ate a delicious continental breakfast provided by the Rica hotel. There was such a variety of tasty choices, including but not limited to: eggs, bacon, waffles, fruits, yogurt, meats, cheeses and bread! Then we headed to the Alta airport for our departure to Oslo. The flight was delayed 30 minutes and we ended up arriving at the Anker Hotel around 4:00pm. We then had about an hour to run to the supermarket and unpack/ get ready to go sledding! We loaded the bus and drove around Oslo for approximately 2 hours trying to find the place we had arranged to go sledding. Unfortunately we didn't have much luck, and ended up heading back to the hotel. We then had an hour to kill before dinner at 8:30. We went to cafe Sara, a local pub where we were served burgers and fries along with apple cake and vanilla ice cream for dessert. Afterwards many of us went to the local brewery where we tested some of the local beers. Some of us then decided to head back to the hotel to get some sleep for our next big day.
